Website Banner update

Hey all, we've been busy redesigning our headline banner, and here it is, hope you like it. It incorporates a few minor changes from last year. Plus, we changed the hair colour of our girl, to reflect in the three basic colours of our scheme.

We are also working on the Program for 2016, so basically the major events are loaded, and we will be adding events as they become firmed up.
